Ass Pimples Vs Back Acne
What is Back Acne ? Umm... Acne on your back. There you have it. Well there is a difference compared to face acne. Back acne is one form of body acne and it's a bitch to reach when you need to treat that really juicy volcanic pimple on your back. What are ass pimples? pimples on your bum, what more can I say.
Now you see, an ass pimple is much easier to reach but has its disadvantages depending on the size and the exact location on your ass. I would rather have a big old juicy pimple on my back than have a ginormous nipple protruding zit  on one of my ass cheeks (located centre of gravity when seated). You know what I am talking about, those really painful ones where you cannot sit down without lifting up one of your legs off the ground to relieve your butt cheek from pressure. Ah...thats better.
The disadvantages of back acne, is when you live alone (all by myself, don't wanna be...), is finding someone to put pimple cream on your back. Who are you going to freak'en ask to put pimple cream on your juicy throbbing zit?. Oh yeah, I'll just pop over to the neighbours at dinner time, they won't mind. Its either that or I would have to lubricate my walls with pimple cream and rub my back againt it. The reach factor puts back acne at a score of 1 and ass pimples at a score of  2.
There you have it,  ass pimples have won. They will be coming to a town near you. On a serious note if you would like to get some good acne treatment for your back, ass, face, penis, virgina or WHEREVER, please visit pimplegel.com for the best acne treatment products out there. Peace

Many Hours at Your Computer Will Worsen Your Vision - - Unless You Know These Secrets
Squinting while looking at a computer screen is not only uncomfortable, it can lead to dry eye, according to Ohio State University researchers. That's because squinting causes people to blink less often, and the study found that the less you blinked, the moreyou experience aches, burning and sensations of dryness, irritation and tearing in your eyes.In fact, squinting evencut your blink rates in half -- from 15 blinks a minute to 7.5 blinks a minute.Only Four Blinks Per MinuteThe study involved 10 college students with 20/20 vision, who were asked to squint at different levels while looking at a computer screen. During a series of five trials, the participants relaxed their eyes and squinted in increments from 5 percent (barely squinting) to 50 percent (eyes half-shut). Researchers then watched videotapes of the students and counted how often each blinked their eyes. They found:When squinting at just 5 percent, blink rates decreased from an average of 15 blinks per minute to 7.5. At the 50 percent level, blink rates decreased to four blinks per minute. Why DoYou Squint?Squinting not only helpsyou to clearly define out-of-focus objects, thereby improving your eyesight temporarily, but it also helps you to reduce glare. While you may squint intentionally, it's also possible to squint involuntarily, without even realizing you're doing it. Because of this, those whose jobs require a lot of reading or other visual work may be blinking less than normal, which willresult in eyestrain, dry eye,and presbyopia or the need for reading glasses as you age. Optometry and Vision Science October 2005; 82(10):905-11Science Daily November 29, 2005 Dr. Mercola's Comment: This study really hits home for me as I typically spend a minimum of ten hours a day in front of my screen and many days I spend more than 16 hours in front of my monitor. Now I am healthier than nearly everyone I know but this eventually took its toll on my eyesight and I progressively found myself having to struggle with the embarrassment of needing reading glasses in public. This motivated me to pursue a course in finding out how I could use natural methods to help me recover my vision. After several years of intense research I was able to learn visual habits that have helped me recover virtually all of my near vision and I rarely need reading glasses anymore. As we near the end of 2005 and reflect on what we are grateful for I can assure you that recovering my eyesight without having to use embarrassing glasses in public was one of my best gifts in 2005.Learn More About the Natural Eyesight Habits Tele Clinic -- Before the Special 25% Off Expires! Learn More & Register NowOne of the Key Eyesight Recovery SecretsThe major secret I learned is that, as the study illustrates is that I was squinting. Nearly all of us wind up acquiring this visually destructive habit over time as it does help initially but eventually it will cause you to lose your near eyesight and much of your associated cognitive strengths. So the key secret here is you simply can not squint. You MUST relax and consciously override your mostly tendency to squint while at your computer. You simply must notice when you are squinting and stop it immediately. It is one of the most important visual habits you can have.LASIK Surgery is NOT the Answer Even I was tempted to try this route, but I knew that surgery is rarely the answer to chronic health conditions so I avoided this and I am SO GLAD I did as there is overwhelming evidence that LASIK surgery is not your best choice. Not only will it cost you up to a few thousand dollars out of your pocket, but more importantly, over time it is virtually guaranteed to fail as it in no way shape or form addresses the underlying cause of the problem. For the last five weeks I have been cohosting the Natural Eyesight Habits Teleclinic in which we share all of the "secrets" of how to recover your eyesight, and not just near vision loss (presbyopia) but also the myopia and astigmatism that requires most people to purchase glasses or contacts. We have had been bombarded with many of what I am calling "Obliteration Reports" in which course participants describe how they have been able to use the secrets from the Natural Eyesight Habits tele clinic and obliterate the real cause of their visual loss and regain their normal vision. Here are a couple of the many we have received:Obliteration Report 1: "I went to an eye doctor for my reduced prescription lenses after the second class. She said that my prescription went down from -3.0 to -1.25. I am now using a -1.0 for my 20/40 vision."Obliteration Report 2: "I LOVED the class ... It was marvelous and I already see better! Thanks!" -- Joan Golston, DCSW, LICSWAlthough there are only two more weeks left on the live course all the previous sessions are available on audio files. After two weeks we will only be selling the course in recorded format but the price will increase by another 25%. So, you can save 25 percent off the regular price by registering now, and you'll learn how to stop squinting and start seeing more clearly, once and for all.

How is Antibiotic Use Linked to Cancer?
New research indicates that heavy use of antibiotics during childhood increases the likelihood of developing non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), a cancer that affects the body's lymphatic system.A "Striking" AssociationResearchers looked at data from the Scandinavian Lymphoma Etiology study, which compared over 3,000 patients with NHL with a similar number of healthy patients. There was a "striking" association between antibiotic use and NHL for all subtypes of the disease, especially for those who had been given antibiotics more than10 times as children. A Cause, Or an Effect? This could mean that the increasing use of antibiotics in the 20th century might also explain the rise in NHL cases. However, it is unknown whether antibiotic use caused the NHL, or if antibiotics are simply more likely to be taken by those prone to developing NHL.Also True for NSAIDsThere was also an increased risk of NHL for heavy users of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This includes ibuprofen drugs such as Motrin and Advil. American Journal of Epidemiology November 15, 2005; 162(10): 965-974Yahoo News November 19, 2005 Dr. Mercola's Comment:Physicians have a history ofunwisely prescribingfar too many antibiotics for children with sore throats. I'm not opposed to all uses of antibiotics, as they have clearly benefited many that have used them. But overall they have harmed far more than they have benefited. It has been my experience that well over 95 percent of the timethey are used inappropriately.Does that mean we should throw the baby out with the bath water? Absolutely not. But more wise discernment is needed when they are used.Thereal truthis that most of the infections we acquire are notactually caused by some evil bacteria or virus. Most of the time we come down with an illnessit is because we have violated one or more of the following three basic health principles:Not enough sleep Inability to cope properly with stress Poor diet with too much sugar and too many grains I am grateful we can use antibiotics as effective tools. However, most of the improvement we have had in health has been achieved without them.In the past I have received a number of letters from physicians living in countries other than the United States denouncing the fact that I did not praise antibiotics because they have saved so many lives of children who would have died in earlier times. It is clear that there are indeed times when antibiotics are needed and will benefit the person taking them. However, in the larger picture they are widely over-prescribed and, in my experience, rarely required if the adult or child is receiving optimized nutrition, adequate rest and appropriate interventions for stress. What most physicians fail to realize is the enormous influence that sugar and grains have on the immune system. If you eat a typical American diet, you will likely obtain a variety of infections due to this immune impairment. The solution to most any infectious illness does not involve an expensive drug or nutritional supplement but merely application of the basics that involve eating for your Metabolic Type, addressing unresolved emotional conflicts with tools like EFT and staying away from toxic poisons like sugar, mercury and, for most people, grains. If you apply these basics your body has no choice but to stay healthy and heal. It is my strong clinical belief and frequent observation in my practice that each of us has been provided with an enormous array of biochemical mechanisms that are designed to generate health. Most of us have to regularly violate these principles for many years before we reap the fruits of our unhealthy choices.Fortunately, the repair mechanisms work quite well for most of us and are activated once we apply these health basics. So you don't need to live in fear of these frightening infections anymore. Just apply the program. There are many practical considerations that are difficult to describe on the Web site, but believe me, the bulk of what we do for people who come to our clinic is apply the same information you'll find in The Total Health Program and help them resolve their emotional challenges with tools like EFT.
